What if I am not sure what to do or how to use the equipment?
Health Mates is always staffed by Fitness Australia registered staff, meaning you can ask for advice or assistance whenever you need it. We’re here to help you achieve your goals and also offer complimentary personalized exercise programs to help get you started and keep you on track in the future.

What will I gain from having an exercise program created for me?
Firstly your instructor will find out your goals and take a few simple body measurements to help assess where you are at. From this information they will set a realistic plan to help you strive towards your goals, plus show you how to perform the exercises that will help get you there. We’ll reassess these measurements every time you meet with your instructor to ensure you are heading in the right direction, plus tweak your program to ensure it is challenging, yet fun.
