This is a great way to learn new exercises too. All of our instructors are registered exercise professionals with Fitness Australia.

With SGPT you’ll be training in a group of the same 3 to 6 people for 4 to 8 weeks. It’s a sure fire way to achieve results, but not break the piggy bank, all while still getting the personal attention you deserve. We have new SGPT programs starting up regularly. Or if you have a group of friends we can arrange a qualified Personal Trainer to run sessions at a time that suits you. Places are limited to a maximum of 6 people, so get in quick to avoid disappointment. Contact us to find out more.

Our Group Exercise classes run continuously to a timetable, so there are no 4-8 week programs and you might find anywhere from 5 – 50 people in a class.
