Weight Loss Challenge Coming Soon
Is it time to do something for yourself?
The Health Mates Weight Loss Challenge is what you have been waiting for. Last year, as a group we lost over 400kg. Past winners have lost between 17 and 20% of their body weight. Could you be a winner this year?
Over the 12 week program, your goal will be to reduce your percentage body weight. The person with the highest percentage loss will be the winner and as always there will be great prizes up for grabs.
