Welcome to our newest Personal Trainers, Liam Meadham & Kelly Gentle.

Liam has always had a passion for sport, and for training hard. He has played Rugby Union at a State level, which lead him to play in England where he was selected by Cambridge University, to live in England, and represent them. Liam has also been a New South Wales Triathlon representative, excelling in distance running. Nowadays, Liam is an avid surfer, hitting the famous Avoca Point at Shark Tower whenever he goes home to visit his family in Avoca.

After leaving Year 12 Liam joined the Australian Army on the “Gap Year” program, which Liam says helped him become the man he is today. Liam shows great dedication and determination when it comes to training as a result, with his overall goal to train as hard, or harder than his last session.
The same goes for his clients!

Kelly (Personal Trainer)KELLY

Kelly has more than 10 years experience as an Elite and National Softball athlete. She has trained at the Australian Institute of Sport, and at the New South Wales Institute of Sport under Olympic, National and State strength and conditioning coaches.

Because of Kelly’s sporting background, she takes a holistic approach to training, considering both the mind and body. Kelly develops programs unique to your needs, aiming to help you achieve your health, fitness and lifestyle goals.
