Meet Our Yoga Teacher Nicole
Nicole has almost 10 years Yoga experience and has been teaching as a way of sharing her passion of the Yoga practice with others.
Having trained with Duncan Peake of Power Living Yoga Australia and other international teachers such as Annie Carpenter, Simon Park, Patrick Beach and Meghan Currie, her knowledge of Asana/movement (technique, anatomy, applied physiology and breath work) combines with a love affair with meditation, nutrition, music and creative body art.
“Intellect is the artist and the Body is the canvas, the spirit becomes created – I love the stuff! I love to express myself through movement and connect to people while doing it. Put down your iPhone and play with me on the mat” says Nicole.
Nicole teaches strong and fluid challenging Power Vinyasa Yoga as well as soft, gentle and meditative Yin classes focused on releasing tension stored in the body and the mind. Influenced greatly by the vibration of music, beats and tunes are incorporated into this modern Yoga practice that uplifts, enlivens and transforms your heart, body and mind.
