Class In Focus: Fight Fit
Challenge yourself with FIGHT FIT, a moderate to high intensity fight class designed to raise your heart rate and build your fitness all while having fun and varying your workout.
FIGHT FIT does not require you to have a partner, nor will you make body or pad contact. It incorporates mixed martial arts movements along with strikes, boxing, kicking and strength exercises to give you a total body workout in the space of an hour.
Get yourself into a class on:
Monday @ 9.30am (1 hour)
Tuesday @ 6.30pm (45 mins)
Thursday @ 5.30pm (30 mins)
Saturday @ 9.30am (30 mins)
