From 2014 WLC Participant, Renee Coiner: An email of thanks to all the trainers involved in the weight loss challenge (particularly Ben and Ronan on those early Sunday mornings!). I am so happy that I participated… and feel so much stronger and healthier as a result…. I especially wanted to thank Liam for his dedication, professionalism and hard work during the challenge. Without Liam’s input, programming and innovative, challenging PT I would never have had such a great result. It was so lovely to see how genuinely interested and thrilled he was for all the participants and when the final winner was announced. He’s such an asset to the gym and always flexible, committed and gets results. I’m looking forward to continuing the PT sessions with him to see how much fitter and healthier I can get. Thanks again to all involved, you have changed people’s lives for the better 🙂
